CLINIC POLICIES + PROCEDURES

At Laserlicious, we are always happily accepting new clients and are delighted to assist you in every way possible. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule to book your appointment with us and ensure that every visit is an extraordinary one.

As we would like your day to run as smoothly as possible, the following spa protocol and procedures will help prepare you for your visit.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment as we are a medical spa and require that all new clients fill out the proper general intake form and consent forms.

LATE ARRIVAL

Our scheduling is made to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will shorten your treatment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. If you are not able to arrive for your scheduled appointment on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatment it may be necessary to reschedule. If you are 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged a $50 fee.

BOOKING POLICY

Our reception staff at Laserlicious are always ready to assist you in booking your appointments. We highly encourage you to schedule your appointments with us by phone, email or in-clinic after your consultation or treatment appointment as we typically are booking 1-2 weeks in advance depending on your schedule. We recommend that our clients reach out to us in the preferred methods of communication (mentioned above) as requests made through Google and Social Media do not get seen quickly.

To book an appointment for a service, we require a deposit to be made to secure your booking date and the treatment room. You are welcome to leave a deposit over the phone with a credit card or via transfer. All deposits made are non-refundable, but if they are not used towards a service they can be used towards a product or another service at our clinic.

Laserlicious accepts all major credit cards, Canadian currency and Interac E-Transfer.

REFUND POLICY

Upon booking your service, you will be required to secure your scheduled time by leaving a non-refundable deposit per procedure being booked. This deposit will be used towards your treatment the day of your appointment, OR you can choose to keep the deposit on file if you wish to book a follow up appointment. Deposits that are made outside of a package can be used as a credit if they have not been redeemed. (provided that this deposit was not used towards our late rescheduling/cancellation policy)

It must be noted that all package deals are based on a discounted price per treatment and are final sale. If a client cancels any portion of the said package of treatments, they will be charged the actual individual rate for the said treatment and not the package rate.

Regarding appointments booked for minors under 18, please be advised that appointments must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. For consultations and first appointments, the parent/legal guardian must be present to sign the necessary legal documents (no exceptions).

48 HOUR RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION POLICY

At Laserlicious we maintain a strict late rescheduling/cancellation policy. Our clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time and we kindly ask that you respect our time by giving us 48 hours or more notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling a service at our clinic.

In order to cancel/reschedule your appointment you MUST call (or please leave a voicemail if we are not able to answer right away) or email during our hours of operation a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Please note that any cancelation/rescheduling request made through social media direct messages are not an acceptable method of cancellation and will not be recognized by our staff.

Any missed, late cancelled/rescheduled appointments without 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a $50 fee to be paid before re-booking your appointment. Any late arrivals will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Clients with a gift card who no-show an appointment may lose part or the total amount of the prepaid service.

CHILD SUPERVISION POLICY

It is preferred that you attend your appointment without guests. Children are welcome into our clinic, unfortunately our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for safety and insurance purposes.

We kindly ask that you do not bring your children along to your appointment. Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Your Laserlicious gift card must be redeemed by physically presenting the gift card to our reception staff when payment is due. If you do not physically have your gift card on hand, you will have to pay the service you received in full for that day and can use your gift card at a later time for future services or products.

SERVICE POLICY

In the case of any changes in your health or prescription medication please be sure to advise the clinic as soon as possible as we may need to adjust your treatment plan or your appointment timing.

Laserlicious has the right to refuse service as we see fit.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL POLICY

Shaving Policy

At Laserlicious we ask that our clients shave the areas being treated with laser 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

For facial areas please only shave the visible coloured hairs.

Please note if you fail to shave prior to your appointment, you may risk having your appointment rescheduled and will be considered a late rescheduling—please refer to our late cancellation/rescheduling policy.

All small areas needing to be shaved will be a $25 charge and large areas (ie. full back, chest, full arms/legs) will be subject to a $50 fee (in the case that we have time to shave and provide you with your laser treatment)

Brazilian Policy

For our clients with a monthly cycle who are partaking in laser hair removal on the Brazilian area, provided you are comfortable, please contact us for specific instructions regarding the protocol for doing a treatment during your monthly cycle on this area.

we request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if your cycle falls during your scheduled treatment time.

Any late cancelation due to this reason will be considered a late cancellation—please refer to our late cancellation/rescheduling policy for more information.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.

VALUABLES

Laserlicious is not responsible for lost or stolen items and recommends you to leave your personal valuables at home.
